Pet Portrait Booking & Waitlist Form

To book a pet portrait, please complete the form below. Completing this form does not require payment at this stage. After you complete the form, I will contact you to confirm all of the details and arrange payment of the deposit to secure your booking.

I take on a limited number of 8 commissions per month to ensure each piece receives the time and care it deserves. If my current month is fully booked, you’ll be added to my waitlist and given priority access when the next round opens.
